At Black Bear Training, we help youth athletes unlock their athletic potential, build strength, and compete with confidence. Using proven methods like strength training, agility work and plyometrics, we help athletes build a strong foundation that supports both performance and long-term health. We specialize in training soccer and baseball athletes, but athletes in any sport can benefit from our programs.

Black Bear Training is opening in Safety Harbor in October and is housed within Elite Sporting Academy, a 5,000 square foot temperature-controlled indoor facility with high-quality turf and state of the art training equipment. Our training space is designed specifically for youth athletes, giving them a safe, supportive, and high-performance environment to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
